SAE Aerospace Symposium
The SAE Aerospace Standards is hosting a two-day standards symposium September 9-10 in Room 516A at the Palais des Congres de Montreal. The event will be open to all ACE attendees and exhibitors. SAE Aerospace standards committees will be delivering presentations throughout the day highlighting the latest activities and issues challenging the aerospace community. Other topics covered by the presentations include:
- Scope of the Committee
- History of the Committee
- Present projects/activities
- New technologies
In addition to the one-hour sessions, SAE staff will be providing fact sheets on each Committee, along with 'Interest Forms' that can be completed by conference attendees. SAE staff will also be on hand to answer questions regarding the SAE standards development process, becoming a standards committee member, accessing public standards information via the Web, and approaching committees with new projects.
