Simulation helps Pilatus fly faster
The origins of Pilatus Aircraft Inc. are military in nature, and this market remains extremely important to the company today. In 1945, Pilatus produced its first military training aircraft, the Pilatus P-2. Its "great-grandchild," the PC-9 Advanced Turbo Trainer, debuted in 1984. To date, more than 750 Pilatus trainers have been sold to customers in more than 20 countries.
