Fire testing at Dunlop
A new fire test facility that will meet U.S FAA and UK CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) specificationsplus industry standards, including those of Airbus and Boeinghas been commissioned by Dunlop Aerospace Precision Rubber in the UK. The facility is approved to conduct certification to CAA's B4 Test House approval number AI/9851/02, which covers flammability, smoke emission, rate of heat release, fire testing of cargo linings, and toxic gas emission.
