SpaceSaver Headers utilizing our unique surface mount contact, provide an SMT header that is compatible with standard "Micro Pak" 100 series female connectors. The patented design optimizes PCB real-estate utilization while maximizing solder joint integrity. Additionally, the reduced insulator size allows for low profile design versatility. The header is currently packaged with our patented Autopak technology.
Low cost and high rates of accuracy are the hallmark of AutoPak's packaging format for automated assembly and placement of odd-form components. Designed for use with commercially available pick and place equipment or odd-form assembly systems, AutoPak enables the automated placement of molded components that are not compatible with conventional formats, such as tape & reel or tubes.
With its continuous manufacturing technique, AutoCircuit supports highly-automated assembly of embossed-circuit switch assemblies while significantly reducing manufacturing costs. By directly attaching circuitry to a thermoplastic substrate, Auto Circuit is able to reduce material costs and eliminate the requirement for assembly and processing of printed circuit boards in smaller devices.
