Composite manifold saves weight, boosts power
A lightweight, all-carbon fiber intake manifold from Diaphorm Technologies improves power for the popular Honda H 22 engines used for racing applications. In dyno tests on a turbocharged engine, the Fiber Tuned manifold added 13 hp (10 kW) more than any competitive manifold, according to the company.
