The LK Series CCD laser displacement meter from Keyence Corp. is a high-accuracy, semiconductor laser-based triangulation measurement system with 1.0-µm (39 µin) resolution and ±1% full-scale linearity. Designed for surface profiling and measurement of thickness, height, width, position, and size of metals and other materials, the system provides accuracy that is unaffected by target color, surface texture, or stray light for most applications.
