LMS International's CAT/FALANCS is a software product for the prediction of fatigue lifetime that runs within the CATIA CAD/CAM/CAE tool from Dassault Systemes. The package helps designers predict the critical-life locations and time-to-fatigue failure of a component subject to real-life loads. Potential crack initiation locations are detected quickly and automatically.
