The Sensors Div. of SSI Technologies, Inc. has developed a micromachined absolute pressure sensor that is less than 52 mm in overall length and utilizes a Packard Metri-Pac connector with stainless steel housing. The sensor has an accuracy of ± 0.5% at room temperature to ± 2.0% at extreme temperatures from -40° to +125°C.
