POSITION SUMMARY
Meet PRI Registrar's established revenue goals by developing and cultivating sales opportunities through the implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives, website updating (Search Engine Optimization), e-Marketing (email blasts), coordinating the referral program, collaborating on design of all printed marketing materials, advertisements, trade show displays, etc. Provide outstanding customer service to both existing and potential future clients. Ensure all customer feedback is flowed upward / downward accordingly within the organization.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Champion / support Registrar growth through marketing and sales initiatives to achieve revenue objectives. Specifically: Referral Program, Web / SEO, e-Marketing / Outreach, Social Media (LinkedIn)
- Originate / implement marketing & advertising strategies.
- Defining competitive advantages in order to position our services in the marketplace
- Telesales: EQM Potential Client List / Referrer Lists / Lost Accounts List, etc.
- Support Director in relative business activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Associate Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications and/or related field
- Marketing and/or Advertising experience, minimum 3 years
- Experience in Web Marketing Methods & Social Media (specifically LinkedIn)
- Utilization of Constant Contact (Survey's), desired
- Demonstrated sales experience, desired
- Basic knowledge of ISO Quality Standards, desired
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to work with appropriate computer application programs.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Attention to detail & accuracy skills
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to a changing deadlines & priorities
- Ability to contribute to team projects & activities
PHYSICAL/MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS OF THE WORKPLACE:
- Able to travel at least 10% of the time.
- Ability to read/review documents.
- Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk.
- Standard office environment.
