Doug VanDagens, Global Director, Connected Service Solutions Organization, Ford Motor Company
Doug VanDagens is Ford's Global Director for Connected Services Solutions Organization (CSSO). In his current capacity, he is responsible for the creation and deployment of cloud and mobile device-based software products and services. VanDagens played a key role in bringing leading HD radio and Sirius XM technologies to market, including Ford's first to market implementation of TravelLink services. VanDagens has over 20 years of experience in automotive electronics products and services and software development. He previously served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Covisint, a Ford-GM-DCX joint venture specializing in B2B information ecosystems, as a board member and officer of Wingcast, a Ford-Qualcomm telematics joint venture and was responsible for one of Ford's first telematics systems, Lincoln VCS. VanDagens has an engineering degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Indiana University.
