All registrations include access to technical sessions, management program, exhibit, lunch, reception on the exhibit floor, networking opportunities. NOTE: Students will receive all amenities noted above except for lunch. Expo only receives access to the exhibit only and do not receive the amenities listed above.

Registrations received after March 29 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to March 29. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after March 29. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after March 29.
