Laptop specifications

Every technical session room will be equipped with a laptop computer. Each PC will be Pentium 4, 1Ghz or higher processor with 40GB or higher hard drive, with internal CD/DVD drives. They all will have USB ports for thumb drives, be loaded with Windows XP and Office XP including Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 SP3 with language support for Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Indian, and German symbol add-ons, also each PC will have an audio output in case presentations have sound. They will also have a 10/100 network card. Mpg, Avi, Wmv, video files can be played.
