Conditions of Sale:
Registrations received after April 1, 2011 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to April 1, 2011. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after April 1, 2011. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after April 1, 2011.
