ADVANCE REGISTRATION SAVES TIME AND MONEY! To register for Digital Car Conference and Exhibition go to www.sae.org/digitalcar prior to February 8, 2002. If you do not have access to the web and need a form, please e-mail meetingreg@sae.org with your fax number and a form will be faxed to you. **Nonmember Registrants: Payment of the Nonmember Registrant and the Nonmember Student fees will also entitle you to FREE membership in SAE through September 30, 2002. Please complete a membership application and submit it with your registration or mail/fax it to SAE.
Notes:
- Paid full conference entitles you to interactive sessions, concurrent sessions, luncheons, Exhibitor Technology Forums and exhibition each day of the conference. After the event you will be able to view the interactive presentations on demand.
- Web broadcast entitles you to interactive sessions on-line. After the event you will be able to view the interactive presentations on demand.
- One-Day paid full conference entitles you to interactive sessions, concurrent sessions, lunch, Exhibitor Technology Form and exhibition for that day only.
- Media and Students are entitled to Exhibitor Technology Forum and exhibition.
CANCELLATION CLAUSE: All cancellations must be received in writing prior to February 15, 2002.. Cancellation requests can be e-mailed to meetingreg@sae.org or faxed to (724)776-0869. There will be a $100 processing fee charged for each cancellation which results in a refund. There are no refunds of meal tickets after February 8th and no refunds of registration fees after February 15, 2002.
Registration is located in the Cobo Arena at the Cobo Center, Detroit, Michigan.
