Registration Packages

  • Package 1: Includes access to technical sessions, keynote and plenary session, exhibit, one continental breakfast, two lunches, receptions on the exhibition floor, refreshment breaks, Proceedings, and networking opportunities

Conditions of Sale

Registrations received after September 4, 2015 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to September 4, 2015. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after September 4, 2015. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after September 5, 2015.

Please note that photographs and video taken by or on behalf of SAE International of event activities and attendees shall be the property of SAE International. By registering for an SAE International event, you consent to the use by SAE International of any photograph or video in which you appear, including for promotional purposes, in print, digital, or other format, without notice or compensation to you.
