This a 6500-square-foot facility where M&FC technology and products are matured through interaction, demonstration, visualization, and collaboration and is strategically aligned with Innovation thrusts at M&FC and Lockheed Martin. The Innovation Center houses several labs focused on expanding Innovation.

Clearance:
Visitors must provide acceptable documents to establish U.S. Person status at the time of the visit. A U.S. Person is a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee. Acceptable documents to prove U.S. Person status include the following:
  • U.S. passport;
  • All documents presented must be valid.
  • All visitors will be required to bring their passport, this is a new security rule that is planned to roll out around the time of the tour. They may not have to end up showing them for check-in, but depending on the exact roll out date they may have to, to err on the side of caution all attendees will need to bring theirs.
  • For non-U.S. person visitors, acceptable proof of citizenship is a valid passport. Non-U.S. persons who are unable to provide proof of citizenship will not be permitted to access the facility.
  • No Foreign nationals permitted on the tour.
Triumph facility Part II: Triumph

Bus departs LM M&FC: 2:30 pm
Tour ends: 4:00 pm
Bus arrives at Fort Worth Convention Center: 4:45 pm

This Triumph facility is an 800,000-square-foot facility that manufactures large structures for the Boeing 747 and 767. On the tour, you will see large subassemblies sourced from around the globe, assembled on a pulse line with flexible tooling, and large-scale automation. These structures will include both fuselage and empennage components.

  • Wear safety glasses and use hearing protection as instructed
  • Remain with escort at all times
