Travel Visa Information
All attendance fees are stated net of any taxes that may be due. SAE is required to charge French VAT to all attendees, with the exception of any attendees who are themselves VAT registered in France and who are able to prove this to the satisfaction of SAE. Where applicable, 19.6 % French VAT will therefore be added at the check out in addition to the net attendance fees stated and will be payable to SAE at the same time. If you are a business attendee, you may be eligible to obtain a refund of this VAT from the French government by submitting a valid claim under the 13th Directive (non EU business attendees) or under the Refund Directive (EU business attendee not VAT registered in France) within the statutory deadline. Further information can be obtained from the French tax authorities (http://www2.impots.gouv.fr/dresg/pas-etb-stable/gb-rembt-tva.htm) or by contacting a VAT reclaim agent such as Meridian Global Services (info@meridianglobalservices.com).

Conditions of Sale:
Registrations received after September 30, 2011 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to September 30, 2011. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after September 30, 2011. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after September 30, 2011.
