Dear SAE Brake Exhibitor:

SAE welcomes you as an exhibitor to the SAE 2011 Brake Colloquium & Exhibition. We look forward to helping make this event a rewarding experience for you and your company.

This manual contains all of the forms and information that you will need to prepare for the event. We encourage you to use the manual not only for the preparation of your exhibit display, but also for a source of reference, information and checklist. To execute forms from this manual, simply locate the forms that are pertinent to your needs, print, complete, and fax to the number identified on the forms. Retain those faxes for future reference. Please feel free to call the individual vendors directly with any questions you may have. Vendor phone numbers are listed on the forms. You can also place orders directly with the decorator, Freeman, via the internet. Directions for ordering on line can be found in the Exhibitor Manual.

Please submit your booth design for show management approval. The purpose of reviewing plans is to make sure the display is within the rules and regulations for booth construction. Should a problem be found, it is easier to correct the display while it is still in the design stages than to try and modify the display while it is being erected. The Display Rules and Regulations are included in this manual as well as a booth approval form. This form should be submitted to SAE along with any photos or drawings of your booth. We look forward to receiving your booth plans which should include booth number, size, contents, dimensions and elevations.
