Registration/Hotel Discount
Registration fees shown reflect a $150 discount for staying at the Town & Country Resort. An additional $150 fee will be accessed for those choosing to stay elsewhere.
All registration fees will automatically have the $150 fee assessed. Upon validation of your hotel stay, a credit of $150 will be applied to the form of payment used for your conference registration within five business days after the event.

Registration Entitlements:
All full conference paid registrants receive admittance to technical sessions, exhibit, Monday & Tuesday luncheons, 30th Anniversary reception/dinner, networking breaks and the conference proceedings of the technical papers
Proceedings of the technical papers not included in the student and exhibit only categories.

Conditions of Sale:
Registrations received after August 31 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to August 31. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after August 31. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after August 31.
