Conditions of Sale

Registrations received after May 19, 2017 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to May 19, 2017. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after May 19, 2017. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after May 19, 2017.

By registering for an SAE International event, you consent to the use by SAE International of any photograph or video in which you appear, including for promotional purposes, in print, digital, or other format, without notice or compensation to you.
