Prior to joining EB in 2013, he worked as a Project Manager for several management consulting companies in Germany, namely h&z Unternehmensberatung AG, Nexolab GmbH - a BMW Group company - and P3 Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH. Christian holds a master's degree in electrical engineering and information technology from the University of Karlsruhe in Karlsruhe, Germany.

David Cole has 20 years of industry experience in embedded software development including 14 years in automotive embedded SW development and management. He has expertise in defining SW architecture with hands-on experience in development, testing, and management of embedded software for instrument clusters, radios, DSP amplifiers, and rear-seat entertainment and infotainment systems. He is well-versed in iterative and agile project management (a Certified Scrum master), as well as in process knowledge, and was instrumental during CMM/Autospice certifications. He has experience in working with cross-functional, multi-site teams, and has lived and worked in India, France, the U.K., and U.S.

Christopher Thibeault is a Software Sales Manager for Elektrobit (EB) - Americas in Farmington Hills, MI. He is responsible for business development in the North American automotive market for infotainment, driver assistance, connected car, and with a special focus on embedded AUTOSAR and functional safety solutions. He joined EB in 2013. Previously he served as a Market Development Engineer with STMicroelectronics, a multinational hardware electronics and semiconductor manufacturer dedicated to the safety segment and ISO 26262. Christopher holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing.

Lenny Delligatti Lenny Delligatti

Lenny Delligatti is part of the River North Solutions team and founder of Delligatti Associates, LLC, a model-based engineering consulting company. He is a member of the Object Management Group (OMG) SysML Revision Task Force (RTF), the OMG UML RTF, and the OMG OCUP2 Certification Development Team. He also serves as the Education and Outreach Director for the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of the International Council on Systems Engineering. He previously was a Senior Systems Engineer with Lockheed Martin, creating SysML models and serving as the MBSE lead for NASA's Mission Control Center: 21st Century project at Johnson Space Center. He earned his B.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and his M.S. degree in computer science systems engineering from the University of Denver. He holds the OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model Builder: Advanced certification, the highest level of certification in SysML and MBSE methodology.

Mike McCormack holds a BSc in mathematics and physics and has been involved in the development of control systems since he was awarded his MSc from Leeds University in England in 1977. Early in his career, his skills were applied to the development of aerospace engines at Rolls Royce in England and later to aerospace electronics at Hamilton Standard and Sundstrand in the U.S. In the early 1990s, Mike relocated to the Detroit area where he turned his expertise to the field of automotive electronics. The Mx-Suite, an embedded electronics automated testing environment, now owned by Danlaw Inc., was developed under his direction at his company MicroMax Inc.

Kyle Dalley is a Software Manager for Elektrobit (EB) - Americas in Seattle, WA. Working closely with customers, he is responsible for software project management and new-project development. He joined EB in 2010 as a Software Engineer and was named a Senior Project Manager two years later. Previously he served as a Software Engineer with Boston Scientific. Kyle holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Washington State University in Pullman.

Scott Morell recently joined Danlaw Inc. as the Vice President of Engineering. In this role, he leads engineering across the company's telematics, engineering services, and automotive ECUs divisions. Prior to Danlaw, he spent over 20 years working in safety critical systems including passive and active safety and braking control systems. Scott headed the North American engineering at Continental Automotive in passive safety and active driver assistance systems. He was also a brake control algorithm specialist at Kelsey-Hayes (now TRW). He holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has been awarded 10 patents.

Matt Nelson is a Business Development Manager for Software and Wireless Testing Services at Intertek. He has over 10 years of experience in business development and validation testing, including about 8 years at Intertek. Matt is an expert in the areas of application store creation, testing services, and software sales and has provided guidance to several leading technology companies such as Microsoft, BlackBerry, and GM. He holds a bachelor of operations information systems management from Pennsylvania State University.
