Aaron Clay, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, General Motors Company
Working with some of the best product engineers who design GM's great vehicles, Aaron's job is to make sure what is designed can actually be built safely, at a low cost, and with the highest quality. Some of the vehicles he has worked on are Chevrolet Sonic, Opel Insignia, and Buick Regal. Aaron joined GM as a cooperative student in 1999. Prior to his current position, he worked in GM's Lordstown, OH assembly plant. There he had several roles including being an electrical engineer in the Paint Shop. He also spent 2 years in GM's European division (Opel/Vauxhall) working on a launch that expanded GM's footprint in Russia. Aaron earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Kettering University in 2003 and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University in 2007.
