Arcelynn is responsible for leading and supporting sourcing strategies for braking components globally and is accountable for over $250M annual purchase value. She works with other buyers and engineers from across the globe on multiple new programs. Starting as a cooperative student in 1999, Arcelynn had roles in various supply chain functions, Supplier Diversity as well as material management and vehicle manufacturing at Orion assembly. Arcelynn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Kettering University in 2003 and a Master's of Business Administration from Oakland University in 2007.
