Future Leader Program Competition

The Freescale Cup is an autonomous, intelligent race car competition. The competing teams will be challenged to build, program, and race a model car around a track for speed. The car that can complete the "lined" track as fast as possible without derailing will win. The autonomous car requires the following:

• Embedded software programming and basic circuit creation using Freescale parts included in the entry kit.
• Students/employees to create motor control hardware and software to propel and steer their intelligent car.
• The car must interface with the kit's camera to navigate the race course by following the guide lines.
