Gwenne A. Henricks is vice president with responsibility for Industrial Power Systems Division based in Peterborough, UK.

Henricks joined Caterpillar in 1981 and has held a series of positions in the areas of electronics engineering and product development. Previously, she was undercarriage product manager for Caterpillar's Track Type Tractors Division and manager of the Electronic & Electrical Systems business unit, which is part of Caterpillar's Motion and Power Control Division. Most recently Henricks was vice president of Electronics & Connected Worksite Division, which has enterprise responsibility for hardware and software technology development and Caterpillar's global electronics strategy.

Henricks has a bachelor's degree in physics and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Bradley University. She earned a M.B.A. from the University of Illinois and completed the Managing Engineering Design and Development Program at Carnegie Bosch Institute.

Henricks serves on the Board of Managers of Cat Trimble Control Technologies and is on the Board of Directors of 10G, LLC. She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers.

Mark R. Pflederer is vice president of the Electronics & Connected Worksite Division and the Machine Design Center of Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, Ill. The Electronics & Connected Worksite Division has enterprise responsibility for hardware and software technology development and Caterpillar's global electronics strategy. The Machine Design Center is responsible for component and subsystem design for much of our earthmoving product line.

Pflederer joined Caterpillar in 1976 and has held a variety of engineering and management positions throughout the company. In 1990, he became New Product Introduction (NPI) program manager for medium wheel loaders at the Aurora, Ill. facility. In 1991, he became NPI manager for large wheel loaders, and in 1992 he became the technical manager for the New Technology Department, Technical Services Division.

From 1996 to 1999, Pflederer served as director of engineering for the Building Construction Products Division in Clayton, N.C. In 1999, he was named general manager of Electronics & Electrical Systems within the Component Products & Control Systems Division. In December 2003, he was elected vice president with responsibility for Caterpillar's Technology & Solutions Division. In 2007, Pflederer was named vice president for the Heavy Construction & Mining Products Division.

Pflederer holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois. In 1996, he completed the Managing Engineering Design and Development program with Carnegie Bosch.

Pflederer currently serves on the local Easter Seals Board of Directors. He is on the board of managers of Caterpillar Trimble Control Technology, a joint venture that develops and manufactures advanced electronic guidance and control products.

Additionally, Pflederer serves on the SAE Foundation Board and is a member of the Engineering Advisory Board of the University of Texas at Austin.
