Abstracts of, must include poster title, author(s) name(s), mailing address, e-mail addresses, and phone number. You will be required to provide art work for a 30" x 40" poster that will remain on display throughout the conference (A written paper is not required but optional)

The COMVEC poster session is a program targeted to stimulate participation among authors and attendees and will provide an excellent forum for authors to present their work in an informal and interactive setting. Posters are ideal for presenting speculative, late-breaking results or for giving an introduction to interesting, innovative work. Posters are intended to provide authors and participants with the ability to connect with each other and to engage in discussions about the work.

The poster should follow the same theme of the general conference focusing on the following:

Abstracts should be submitted via MyTechZone no later than march 15 ( submit to session code CV800 as oral only) Please include the topic area to which you would like your submission considered along with a poster title, complete contact information including email address and a brief word abstract.
