Requirements to Resourcing to Execution to Readiness (Senior Logisticians Roundtable)

Objective: Understand senior logistics leader perspectives on the importance of, and linkage between, materiel readiness and sustainment, requirements identification and prioritization, resource allocation, and maintenance execution.

Abstract: The 2015 National Military Strategy notes: "Today's global security environment is the most unpredictable… in 40 years." This environment, coupled with post-Iraq and Afghanistan conflict readiness recovery, demands we accurately identify and communicate our readiness requirements, we optimally allocate limited resources, and efficiently and effectively execute maintenance. Our senior logistics leaders will provide perspectives and insights on the challenges, opportunities, and risks in resourcing and execution of the maintenance value chain to achieve affordable readiness.
