Secretary of Defense Maintenance Awards Banquet

The annual Secretary of Defense Maintenance Awards, the highest level maintenance awards in the Department of Defense, honor the field and depot maintenance communities with presentations of the Phoenix Award for field level maintenance and the Robert T. Mason Award for Depot Maintenance Excellence. A board comprised of maintenance experts and leaders selects 6 winning field level units in small, medium, and large categories from Military Service nominations. The top unit will be announced as the 23rd Phoenix Trophy winner. The depot award board selects the Robert T. Mason Award winner from the Military Service nominations of depot activities. This will be the fourth Mason Award presentation.
