Additional Fee Items

All attendance fees are stated net of any taxes that may be due. SAE is required to charge German VAT to all attendees. Where applicable, 19% German VAT will therefore be added at the checkout in addition to the net attendance fees stated and will be payable to SAE at the same time. If you are a business attendee, you may be eligible to obtain a refund of this VAT from the German government by submitting a valid claim under the 13th Directive (non EU business attendees) or under the Refund Directive (EU business attendee not VAT registered in Germany) within the statutory deadline. Conditions of Sale

Registrations received after November 1, 2013 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to November 1, 2013. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after November 1, 2013. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after November 1, 2013.

Please note that photographs and video taken by or on behalf of SAE International of event activities and attendees shall be the property of SAE International. By registering for an SAE International event, you consent to the use by SAE International of any photograph or video in which you appear, including for promotional purposes, in print, digital, or other format, without notice or compensation to you.
