"Converting Euro spec cars to U.S. Standards"
Reinaldo (Rey) Benjumea has been the Shop Manager at JK Technologies LLC since 2004, where he is responsible for the conversion of European spec vehicles to meet U.S. safety and emissions standards. Rey's interest in cars began at an early age in Colombia helping his step father repairing and fixing his two taxi cabs. By the age of 16, Rey was already the manager at a leading Auto Parts store. Shortly after coming to the United States in 1998, Rey joined JK technologies LLC, where he worked on a number of projects and designs while pursuing his engineering degree. Rey has been a member of SAE International since 2009. He currently resides in Baltimore, MD.
