Immerse yourself in the 3-D Exhibit Hall where you will find company representatives to answer your questions or participate in ongoing booth chat with attendees also visiting a particular booth. View presentations and product demonstrations, or take away product literature and other valuable resources.

Theater
Don't miss the Theater where you can participate in webcasts and hear industry experts discuss important topics and answer questions from the audience. You can set up Outlook reminders or save presentations to your Briefcase for later viewing. Conveniently search for presentations by company, track, keywords and more.

Networking Lounge
Maximize your virtual event experience in the Networking Lounge. Options for communicating with other attendees include:

• Engaging in Ongoing Group Chat with other attendees
• Participating in Scheduled Group Chats for focused discussions on specific topics
• Joining in Message Board Forums set up with various discussion topics or, or feel free to start your own
• Using the Message Box to exchange e-mail with other show participants
• Exchanging V-Cards with other attendees and inviting them for one-on-one chats

Resource Download Center
Take advantage of access to valuable event content by utilizing the Resource Download Center. This central repository for event content: static information such as case studies and white papers, webcasts, and other dynamic presentations. The user-friendly interface provides tools for searching, viewing and rating each resource. Also, you can save the information to your Briefcase for quick viewing at a later date.

My Briefcase
As you browse the virtual summit, you can save items of interest in convenient folders in your personal Briefcase. Folders are set up for documents, presentations, booths, contacts, chats and giveaways. Exchanged V-cards are also downloaded to your Briefcase in the Contacts folders.

My Profile
After logging in, we recommend setting up your profile ('My Profile' in Global Navigation Bar) to share information about yourself with other attendees. If you want to maximize your professional networking, completing your profile is the first step and is a great tool for introducing yourself. This is also where you can set your avatar, privacy options, and change your password.

Network Builder
Accessible from the Global Navigation Bar, utilities are provided for Content Search and People Search (Network Builder) that include Basic and Advanced options to fine-tune your search criteria.

Help Link
An omnipresent help link is available on every page within the virtual summit. A simple click provides the attendee with a snapshot of the requirements for the optimal user experience as well as a quick reference guide to areas of escalation. A support e-mail address, phone number, an extensive knowledge base, and FAQs are also available.
