*"Participant" refers to presenters, authors and attendees.
**Students must send a copy of their student card or a letter of approval signed by the university tutor.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Oral cancellations will not be accepted. For cancellations before 30th , June 2011, there is a cancellation fee of 20% for each registered person. After that date, no refunds are possible. Cancellation for payments that had been made by bank transfer will incur a 10% fee.
The registration fee for all participants includes:
- attendance to all official Conference sessions,
- a tote bag (containing Conference materials, the Final Program, abstracts book, etc.).
- all coffee breaks (AM/PM)
- welcome Cocktail on Sunday 11th September,2011
- informal Dinner on Monday 12th September,2011***
- gala Dinner on Wednesday 14th September,2011***
The lunches are NOT included in this fee.
***Please select: regular, vegetarian or vegan in the registration form.
Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted.
The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration form and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines set forth (see registration form below). Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically. The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
Late registration deadline: after the late registration deadline, registrations are only possible on-site at conference venue.
On-site payments can be performed by cash or credit card (NO AMEX allowed)
Letter of Confirmation
Those who have registered for the Conference will receive a Letter of Confirmation by email as soon as their fully completed registration form and payment has been received by SAENA.
Participants must present this confirmation letter upon arrival at the Conference venue registration counter as proof of their registration.
On-site Check-In Procedures
All participants are required to personally check in at the venue registration counter Hotel La Palma from Sunday 11th to receive their badge and tote bag before attending any Conference sessions and/or events.
