Louise has been with Johnson Matthey for 16 years, currently as Technology Director, North America, for the Emissions Control Technologies (ECT) Division, and before that as an experienced technology manager supporting highly successful new products for ECT Technology Centre in Royston, UK.

She initially started her career with Johnson Matthey as a Process Development Chemist and progressed through various Technology management roles with increasing responsibilities. Prior to becoming Technology Director, Louise served as New Product Introduction Manager responsible for management of new product introduction activities for the ECT European market as well as leading continuous improvement efforts.

Louise has a BSc (Hons) in Environmental and Industrial Chemistry from the University of Essex, and studied at Essex and Oxford University with Prof. Jon Dilworth for her PhD. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and has an MBA.

Cary completed his doctorate at the University of Florida, where he studied heterogeneous catalysis utilizing Raman Spectroscopy. He spent five years at Cummins, Inc where his work focused on a variety of topics including fundamental evaluation of lean-burn catalytic devices and light-duty diesel aftertreatment system integration. Prior to leaving Cummins, Inc, Cary was the technical leader for advanced aftertreatment systems integration. He is now manager of catalyst and aftertreatment R&D activities at the Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio, TX and leads research programs in the area of advanced catalyst and aftertreatment research, and is the program manager for the AC2AT Consortium.

Bill is currently a Level III Combustion Expert at Continental Automotive Systems. In the 30 years he has worked as an Automotive Engineer Bill has worked on Gasoline Direct and Port Injection Systems in R&D, Product Development, Business Development and Manufacturing. Previous to that he held positions at Eagle Signal Controls, Sloan Laboratory, and Houston Lighting and Power Company. He holds an MSME from MIT and a BSME from Georgia Tech.

Pramod Ravindran Pramod Ravindran

Pramod earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University in 1990, after which he joined the Ford Motor Company during the same year. Pramod worked as a powertrain engineer in the Ford Advanced Powertrain group for 6 years, during which time he also earned his Master's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit in 1995. Pramod then joined Engelhard Corporation in 1996 to serve on the North American catalyst application engineering team. Engelhard Corporation was later acquired by BASF Corporation in 2007 which is Pramod's current employer. Pramod's current role/responsibilities include Manager, Engineering for North America and Worldwide Transplants, as well as Site Manager for the Catalyst Sales and Technical Center located in Southfield, MI. Pramod also served as an SAE Chairman for the Catalyst & Substrate sessions during the Detroit World Congress from 2005 - 2008 as well as for the 2014 LD Emissions Symposium in Troy, MI.
