Maryam Komejan served for over 20 years as a senior executive with a highly respected multi-national, automotive Tier I supplier. As CEO of The Zeika Group, LLC, Ms. Komejan and her team provide clients with interim leadership support, strategic planning, executive coaching, and support in creating high-performance operating cultures. She routinely provides clients with management guidance for major change initiatives such as restructuring, executive assessments and recruiting, succession planning, and change management. Maryam has served various business sectors - general manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, foundries, etc.), long-haul trucking, utilities & power distribution, logistics, government, financial services, education and non-profits. She also is familiar with modern "lean" operating systems.
Ms. Komejan has served as a confidential advisor for many CEOs, served on and led multiple Boards, Governmental Committees, and has been a university guest lecturer. She has multinational and multicultural experience, is bi-lingual, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, and a Master's Degree in Management.
