"Career Quest" - Implementing a Winning Strategy/Avoiding Costly Mistakes

Maryam Komejan
The Zeika Group, LLC

When we plan an important trip, we research the best travel options, routes that offer the best experience, and pleasant places to stay along the way. We want to maximize our experience and, if the trip is a challenging one, we will often engage the services of a professional tour guide. After all, we don't want to experience a major setback or failure along the way, if we can avoid it. Consider that… our career is the ultimate "trip."

Never has the business environment been more challenging or the competition more intense. Increasingly, many professionals of all ages are seeking the advice and support of an expert advisor to help them implement a winning strategy to enhance their chances of success. The professional business coach allows younger professionals access to the perspectives and experiences of a seasoned executive to plan their journey - maximizing opportunities, avoiding costly pitfalls, and navigating challenging situations.

This keynote will explore the role of the workplace mentor, advantages of engaging with a professional business coach, and the overall benefits of working with an experienced advisor that has "been there" and "done that." Our discussion will focus on how to evaluate your best options and the opportunities they might offer you.
