Payment Information

All costs referred to are in EUR and all payments must be made in EUR. During the online registration process, payments by major credit cards (American Express, VISA and MasterCard) are accepted. Payment must be received prior to the symposium. Attendees with outstanding payments will be asked for payment onsite or a proof of payment is requested. If one of these cannot be provided, the attendee may be refused permission to attend the conference. Please note that SAE International - Europe does not accept registration fee payments by check.

Payments by bank transfer are accepted until 30 January 2017. After this date, only credit card payments can be processed through our online platform.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation, written notification must be sent by email to EUevents@sae.org. The following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellations received up to 22 December: Full refund minus a 50,00 € administration fee
Cancellations received as of 23 December or no-shows: No refund

Conditions of Sale

Registrations received after 20 February 2017 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to 20 February 2017. A €50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after 20 February 2017. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after 20 February 2017.
