Message to Attendees: SAE International has made every effort to secure the best possible group nightly room rate for you at this event. That rate results from a negotiated overall package of event needs such as sleeping rooms, meeting room space and other requirements. Contracts with the venue include a provision to reduce event costs if SAE meets or exceeds its minimum sleeping room block guarantee. Conversely, event costs will increase if SAE falls short of its minimum room block guarantee. Please help SAE keep the costs of this event as low as possible by booking your housing needs at the designated host hotel and through the reservation process created by SAE. Reserving elsewhere means you are booking outside the contracted room block, jeopardizing SAE's ability to meet its contracted obligations and to keep registration fees to a minimum. Directions/Map

Driving directions from General Mitchell International Airport:
Travel north to downtown Milwaukee. Take center lane to I-43 North Green Bay system. On I-43 North, take far right lane to the first exit, the Center/Kilbourn Avenue Tunnel. When reaching the end of the tunnel, continue straight on Kilbourn Ave. Proceed one long block to hotel, on right. General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) approximate driving time to the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee is 15-20 minutes and distance is 10.5 miles.

Transportation:
From the airport, guests can take taxis ($16-$25) or shuttles (Airport Connections; $5-$15 one way) to the hotel.

Hotel Parking: Hyatt Regency Milwaukee offers valet parking for hotel guests at the rate of $20.00 per night, (Including in/out privileges).

The Hyatt Regency Milwaukee is located in historic downtown Milwaukee and the theater district. The hotel is connected by an enclosed skywalk to The Midwest Airlines Center and Shops at Grand Avenue.

Hotel amenities include a rooftop revolving restaurant Polaris, Pilsner Palace Restaurant, Knuckles Sports Bar, Sarah's Pantry, complimentary fitness center and a business center. The Marquette Recreation Center is located 6 blocks from hotel and has the following amenities: pool, tennis courts, and golf course. Guests can obtain a day pass from the recreation center for $7.50.
