Tony Szczotka began his career as a co-op student at General Motors in 1982. He earned a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering at GMI Engineering and Man-agement Institute in 1987. He began working for Bosch in 1997 in the Bosch Small Engines department, which was responsible for development of electronic fuel injec-tion (EFI) systems.

In 2000, he took over management of the department, and in 2015 became the Re-gional Business Unit leader in North America for the Bosch Two-Wheeler and Pow-ersports organization.

In this role, he has responsibility for development of EFI systems, as well as safety and stability control systems (i.e. ABS, MSC), instrumentation, and other electronic systems for motorcycles, powersports, and small utility engines.
