Conditions of Sale:
Registrations received after September 8th, 2009 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to September 8th, 2009. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after September 8th, 2009. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after September 8th, 2009.
