About the Tour:
Visitors who tour NextEnergy can expect to see our lab wing filled with 7 entrepreneurial and research organizations developing alternative energy technologies and products. On our campus they will see our Alternative Fuels Testing platform which test new technologies on a variety of alternative and conventional fuels, as well as our Microgrid Power Pavilion, which tests distributed generation installations on or off the grid.

NextEnergy is a non-profit corporation founded to accelerate the Alternative Energy Technology (AET) industry in Michigan by promoting and funding research and development (R&D) projects, and their commercialization. As part of a statewide economic growth mandate, NextEnergy is dedicated to nurturing responsible growth of tomorrow's crucial energy industry while positioning Michigan as the nation's focal point for emerging energy technologies and business investment in this rapidly expanding industry segment.
