The SAE 2009 Heavy Truck Handling, Dynamics & Control Symposium organizing committee invites you and your organization to participate in this event as a presenter, demonstrator, exhibitor, and/or sponsor. This event offers manufacturers and their customers alike an opportunity to hear the latest research from industry experts, visit product displays, and network with colleagues and the press.

The Heavy Truck Handling, Dynamics & Controls Symposium will be held May 5-7, 2009. There will a Ride Along demonstration event on the day after the symposium at an additional cost. Attendees can expect to ride in over a dozen vehicles, provided by OEMS and suppliers, demonstrating Handling, Vehicle Dynamics and Control capabilities over numerous test surfaces, including wet and dry handling courses.

The Heavy Truck Handling, Dynamics & Control Symposium will be made up of 45-minute oral only presentations. Offers will be considered from experts from OEMs, suppliers, universities, research facilities and government agencies. All accepted presentations will be gathered prior to the event and handed out on site only to those who attend in person. Speakers are required to provide the presentations in advance so the handout can be printed and delivered to the symposium.

Those interested in presenting may submit an abstract for review by the Organizing Committee. This abstract should be 300-400 words in length and include title, authors, organizations, and contact information. Please submit abstract online.
