SAE Required Documentation

These forms provide official notice to SAE of the content of your session, and the information provided will appear in the final program. Forms may be emailed, faxed, or mailed to SAE by the required deadline.

  1. Complete and return the Organizer Report Form. Be sure to include the session code, title of session, and a short description of the session.
  2. Include information on who will chair the session. This is the person who will conduct the session at the conference; the organizer may serve as chair or may appoint someone else.
  3. Session Participant Information need only come from you if SAE has not been notified of the participation. In all other cases, participants will send in their own information.
