Douglas Milliken

Doug Milliken graduated from MIT in 1977 and has worked on a wide variety of vehicle dynamics projects since then. He is co-author of two textbooks, "Race Car Vehicle Dynamics" and "Chassis Design: Principles and Analysis", both published by SAE. He currently manages software development, training and support at Milliken Research Associates Inc, a small engineering consultancy. Hobbies include cycling and construction of streamlined bicycles--human powered vehicles. Volunteer work includes wind tunnel testing of equipment for the US Olympic Cycling Team, to give just one example.
