• Leadership Team / Governing Board
  
  By August 31, submit the names of all Section officers / leaders for the coming year. This is now accomplished through your SAE Section website (instructions).

• Annual Report
  
  Instructions for completing your Annual Report
  
  Sections are required to submit an annual report each year. Revised in July, 2011, there is just one document to complete. Each summer, you will use this document to close out the prior year and at the same time, plan the upcoming Section year. The new deadline for this report is August 31.

• Communications to HQ
  
  Please add dmcguire@sae.org to your distribution list for Governing Board meeting agenda and minutes, meeting announcements, newsletters, etc. throughout the year.
