The ForceMate 2 Panel Repair System from Fatigue Technology is designed to bring fastener holes that have been ovalized, oversized, shifted off-center, or otherwise damaged back to nominal size.
The ForceMate 2 Panel Repair System from Fatigue Technology (FTI) is designed to bring fastener holes that have been ovalized, oversized, shifted off-center, or otherwise damaged back to nominal size. With the ForceMate 2 system, two nested bushings are fitted onto the end of an expansion mandrel that is then positioned into the hole. The mandrel is then drawn through the bushings, expanding the outer bushing radially and then locking the inner bushing into place by using the outer bushing’s elastic springback after expansion. It is designed for fastener hole repairs ranging from 0.25 to 0.375-in in diameter and is compatible with most countersunk panel fastener systems and some Hi-Torque fasteners. The repair system is suitable for use in aluminum, titanium, and titanium honeycomb panels.

The RepairClave from Heatcon Composite Systems gives repair facilities the ability to perform positive pressure repairs without the investment of an autoclave.
The RepairClave from Heatcon Composite Systems gives repair facilities the ability to perform positive pressure repairs without the investment of an autoclave. Designed primarily for repair applications, the RepairClave keeps the system as simple as possible while still meeting required operational parameters. The first experimental unit was sized to accommodate the inboard flaps on the Boeing 737. Sizes of units already produced include a 10-ft x 36-in diameter prototype, a 30-ft x 36-in diameter system installed in South America, a 3-ft x 48-in diameter system used in the research of composite materials, and a 30-ft x 48-in diameter unit.

The Phasor CV/DM from GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies is a phased array inspection device for corrosion spot identification.
The Phasor CV/DM from GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies is a phased array inspection device for corrosion spot identification. The device provides extensive coverage with every scan, and the company claims that even the smallest corrosion pit can be identified, measured, and evaluated. The device software comprehensively displays inspection data, optimizing the potential of the multi-element phased array probe. The probe has 28 adjacent and discrete elements to allow extensive linear coverage, while the software allows the user to select and display thickness measurement in each discrete beam, the minimum thickness in a current view, and the minimum thickness recorded during a current scan since the previous instrument reset. A top-view inspection image can be frozen similar to a conventional C-scan, and an A-scan is provided to confirm the readings in a traditional format. All data captured can be downloaded for subsequent analysis and printing.
The Luxxor Video System from Gradient Lens connects to a range of rigid or flexible borescopes, including Hawkeyes, to capture, document, store, and share borescope images and detect product flaws early in the manufacturing process.
The Luxxor Video System from Gradient Lens connects to a range of rigid or flexible borescopes, including Hawkeyes, to capture, document, store, and share borescope images and detect product flaws early in the manufacturing process. With the video system, users can document inspections and store video or still images on a computer hard drive; share inspection images via e-mail or hard copy; conduct group reviews of inspection images displayed on a video monitor; and perform repetitive inspections by relieving the physical and mental fatigue of inspectors. Including documentation with the visual inspection is suitable when producing mission-critical parts. The Luxxor video system includes camera, light source, light guide, video coupler lens, USB image-capture interface, and storage case.
