Vossloh has acquired a majority interest in the Marlin, TX-based railroad automation company Global Rail Systems. With 4700 employees spread out over 70 companies and 30 countries, Vossloh focuses on its core businesses of rail infrastructure, rail vehicles, signaling systems, and electric buses.
