Elobau Sensor Technology's 175D miniature thumbwheel for industrial applications is based on Hall-effect noncontact sensing technology for longer life. Two output signals can be combined in eight different options and switching outputs. Designed to be incorporated in either the knob of a joystick, a multifunctional handle for a shifter, or into a control panel, the thumbwheel provides proportional control of auxiliary functions. An illuminated concept clearly identifies what function is activated, even in adverse lighting conditions. Illumination is provided by three LEDs or by one multifunction LED that changes colors when the function is activated. The thumbwheel operates from -40 to +85ºC (-40 to +185ºF). Suitable applications include control panel, armrest, shifter, single- or dual-axis joystick, or any control-panel application on industrial equipment, remote controls, mobile equipment, machine tools, or other machinery.

The JHS-F single-axis, friction hold joystick joins Otto's line of switches and human-machine interface solutions for demanding applications in the construction equipment and off-road vehicle market. The JHS-F features a lever that does not return to center when released. The joystick is recommended for use in applications where output is used to control the speed and direction of the machine or mechanism, allowing the operator to set the speed of movement and focus on steering or other tasks. Offering a compact size, the JHS-F is supplied with noncontact Hall-effect sensors; electronics are sealed to IP68S to prevent failures from moisture ingression.

The Schwingmetall L-series hydromount from ContiTech is derived from a hydraulic engine mount with two working chambers. A pneumatic spring replaces the standard elastomer spring, while inside the mount, a membrane separates the hydraulic unit from the air chamber. The 23.6-in (600-mm) mount is fitted with a controllable spring travel. A compressed air cushion determines the spring rate and height of the mount, making it height-adjustable. A natural frequency of 2 Hz improves cab comfort, and the air suspension permits a bearing load from 70 to 300 kg (154 to 661 lb) that is capable of suspending various cabs on off-highway and agricultural vehicles. The L-series can be operated in vehicles with an 8-bar (116-psi) onboard pressurized air compressor. The hydromount features a solid four-hole flange and an air supply on the bottom; damping behavior can be customized along certain parameters.

Grammer offers the MSG75G/522 and the MSG65/521 premium seats for compact construction machinery, forklifts, and landscaping equipment. The MSG75G/522 features a low-profile air suspension, seat index point (SIP) of 9.4 in (240 mm), and a suspension stroke of 4.3 in (110 mm). The long backrest can be set to any angle from -5 to +30°. The MSG65/521 is available with a mechanical suspension, quick weight adjustment, and has a 7.9 in (200 mm) SIP. An asymmetrical backrest is tapered on the right for the operator to twist in the seat, and the backrest can be raised in 13 steps up to 6.7 in (170 mm). Both models also offer wide, ergonomic cushions; height- and angle-adjustable armrests; lumbar support; intuitive controls that allow operators to assume ergonomically optimum sitting positions; integrated safety belts; a dust- and splash-proof document box on the back; and optional heated seats.
