J.R. Merritt’s PRO-6H Hall-effect joystick offers the same heavy-duty mechanical construction as its PRO-6 with the improved life cycle of a noncontacting Hall-effect proportional output device. The single-axis PRO-6H enhances resistance to electromagnetic interface with standard proportional 0.5 to 4.5 V dc output with optional custom-engineered pulse width modulation circuits. The 10-mm (0.4-in)-diameter handle shaft allows for various optional configurations, including triggers, rocker switches, push buttons, and thumb wheels. The PRO-6H features a smooth, field-adjustable friction brake with positive center detent for applications where speed must remain constant under continuous shock and vibration. It's suitable for use on scissor lifts, aerial work platforms, bucket trucks, cranes, and agricultural, mining, and forestry equipment; mechanical interlock also is available.
