OSI Laser Diode introduces the CVN series monolithic-stack, pulsed laser diodes. Featuring reliable, efficient performance, the product family offers stable operation in extreme environmental conditions, from -40 to +85°C (-40 to +185°F). Diodes operate from 895 to 915 nm (35.2 to 36.0 µin), with a typical peak wavelength at 905 nm (35.6 µin). The series’ peak power is 375 W in both single and stacked; fiber-coupled devices are operational up to 188 W. Monolithic-stack, pulsed laser diodes are offered in standard packaging that includes TO18C, TO18T, TO5C, TO5F, TO5T, and 9-mm (0.35-in) housings. Products are suitable for use in various range finding and security applications, including military, surveying, light detection, and homeland security.
