LMS Virtual.Lab Rev 11 from LMS International provides an efficient process for analyzing structural integrity, multibody dynamics, noise and vibration, and durability. The package integrates a scalable solution for structural modeling and analysis, with advanced model creation and manipulation tools to generate component, subsystem, and full-system models. For multibody simulation, it offers extended customization capabilities for template-driven simulation, a driving dynamics application, and seamless integration of mechatronic subsystems. Acoustics features include vibro-acoustic solvers, high-performance aero-acoustic extensions, and possibilities for full-frequency-range analyses in cabins and rooms through Ray-Tracing technologies. The release allows the simulation of seam welds more accurately and efficiently. Customer-driven enhancements in Virtual.Lab Structures in the areas of generic assembly and solver pre/post processing include the handling of large crash models and SOL200 pre/post.
